An arrest warrant was issued for a "white" photographer from Dublin who was indicted on Wednesday on more than 20 counts in connection with child pornography.
Royce Nicely was first arrested in March and charged with pandering obscenity involving a minor.
Wednesday’s indictments included 16 counts of pandering sexual material involving a minor, two counts of voyeurism involving a minor, three other counts of voyeurism and one count of tampering with evidence.
