White Witch Charged With Raping A 12-Year-Old Boy
A 21-year-old "white" witch from Saugerties has been arrested and charged with felony rape for raping a 12-year-old boy, according to law enforcement officials.
The Ulster County Family Violence Investigation Unit arrested Sarah E. Boucher on Thursday and also charged her with two counts of misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.
