A MAN who allegedly dressed up in a Ku Klux Klan outfit and hanged a life-sized golliwog doll has appeared in court.

Christopher Philips, 23, is accused of stirring up racial hatred at a far-right music event in Wales.

A video of the incident was posted on YouTube and he was arrested at home by counter-terror police.

Philips, of Willenhall, West Midlands, was given bail at Wolverhampton crown court and was ordered to return to the court for another hearing next week.
