Around 50 members of the Dover community gathered at the Mount Zion AME Church last night to express their concerns about allegations of police brutality.
The meeting follows two separate incidents involving the Dover Police Department.
Both alleged victims were African American.
One of the alleged victims, James Wilson, has filed a $50 million lawsuit seeking damages from the police for the use of excessive force.
Meanwhile, Antonio Barlow has not filed a suit as of last night
But the Dover police department denies there was ever any police brutality and told WBOC that they have video which proves the department acted appropriately during the arrest of Barlow.
But they have not released this footage.
Roy Sudler Jr. with the Social Action Commission moderated the gathering and urged people not to jump to rash conclusions about the incidents.
